Delivery Times

• Italy : Once shipped, the package will be delivered within 24-72 hours.
• Europe : International deliveries generally take 5-9 business days.

Delivery

Deliveries are made at street level, unless otherwise indicated. It is important that the recipient or a trusted person is present at the time of delivery to collect the package. In case of absence, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for a new delivery or for collection at a storage point.

Receipt of Goods

Upon delivery, please check that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact and undamaged. Any anomalies must be immediately contested to the courier and reported to Carella Ostuni within 48 hours of receipt.
